Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Mable account and related data on this page.

Applies to the Mable app, the Mable Studio app, and mable.gg

How to request deletion

In the Mable Studio app

Open the Mable Studio app, go to the Account page, and tap Delete account below Sign out. When asked "Delete your Mable account?", tap Delete account again to confirm.

By email

This works for accounts on any Mable product. From the email address linked to your account, send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Mable account". Using your registered email helps us verify that the request is really yours.

What will be deleted

  • Account profile
  • Playables you created in the app
  • Comments and reactions
  • Sign-in and linked-account records

Data retention

For billing, security, or legal-compliance reasons, some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion. We may also retain published playables or related public content in anonymized form so shared and public experiences remain available. Once the retention period ends, we handle remaining data in accordance with applicable rules.

Processing time

We will process your request within several business days and notify you of the outcome by email.
