Mable Child Safety Standards

Mable publishes these standards for Mable - make playables (package name: mable.tomoai.com) to explain how we prohibit and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated June 25, 2026 Applies to Mable - make playables, mable.gg, and related Mable services

Scope and availability

These standards are a public, globally accessible policy resource for Mable - make playables and Tomo Labs, Inc. Mable is an AI micro-game platform and is not directed to children. In Google Play, Mable currently targets users 16 and older. The presence or absence of child users does not change these standards: CSAE and CSAM are prohibited everywhere on Mable.

Our standard against CSAE

Mable maintains a zero-tolerance standard against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across user-generated games, AI-assisted creation, uploaded assets, remixing, comments, profiles, sharing, support messages, and any other community or product feature.

  • Mable explicitly prohibits CSAE, including content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
  • Mable explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, AI-generated, illustrated, fictionalized, or otherwise synthetic depictions of minors in sexually explicit or exploitative contexts.
  • Users may not create, upload, publish, request, generate, remix, comment on, share, link to, promote, normalize, or distribute CSAE or CSAM through Mable.
  • Users may not use Mable to groom, contact, solicit, coerce, manipulate, blackmail, threaten, traffic, sexualize, or otherwise target a minor for sexual, exploitative, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Users may not use coded language, evasion techniques, external links, prompts, metadata, usernames, profile content, comments, or game content to facilitate CSAE, CSAM, or child endangerment.
  • Mable may remove content, restrict visibility, disable creation or sharing features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and escalate reports when we identify activity that violates these standards.

Reporting child safety concerns

Mable provides in-app report or support controls for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports about content, generated output, accounts, comments, profiles, games, or other activity. Reports involving child safety, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or other child endangerment are prioritized for review.

For urgent child-safety matters involving Mable, including CSAE or CSAM concerns, contact our designated child safety point of contact at [email protected]. If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the relevant child protection authority first.

How we address CSAM and CSAE

When Mable obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE activity, we take action consistent with these standards, our internal review procedures, and applicable law.

  • Review reported content and accounts for CSAE, CSAM, grooming, coercion, abuse, or other child-safety risk.
  • Remove confirmed CSAM or CSAE content and take account-level enforcement action when appropriate, including suspending or terminating accounts involved in the violation.
  • Limit distribution of content or disable product features while child-safety reports are reviewed, where appropriate.
  • Preserve relevant information when appropriate for safety, legal, or enforcement purposes.
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority where required.
  • Cooperate with valid legal requests and applicable child-safety investigations.

Moderation and product controls

Mable uses a combination of product controls, report review, content moderation, account enforcement, and generation safeguards to reduce child-safety risk. Public and guest-visible content may be moderated, filtered, restricted, or removed. Creation, publishing, commenting, following, remixing, uploading, and other interactive actions may require sign-in and may be limited by account status, moderation decisions, or product policy.

Legal compliance

Mable complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We maintain procedures for handling child-safety reports, removing confirmed CSAM, preserving relevant information when appropriate, and escalating confirmed CSAM to NCMEC, law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority where required.

Designated child safety contact

Tomo Labs, Inc. designates [email protected] as the child safety point of contact for Mable. This contact receives potential notifications from Google Play or other parties about CSAE content found in Mable or on the Mable platform, can speak to Mable enforcement and review procedures, and can coordinate action when required.

Updates to these standards

We review these standards as the Mable product, moderation systems, legal obligations, and Google Play policy requirements evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised last-updated date.
