Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mable collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Mable app, website, APIs, and related services.

Who we are

Mable is operated by Tomo Labs, Inc. In this policy, "Mable," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tomo Labs, Inc. and the services we provide through the Mable app, mable.gg, and related websites, APIs, and tools.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you use Mable, and limited technical information needed to run and improve the service.

Account and profile information

When you create or use an account, we may collect authentication identifiers, email address or sign-in provider information, username, avatar, profile bio, age, gender identity, game interests, account settings, and related timestamps. We use age to enforce eligibility requirements and use onboarding answers to personalize the experience.

Content and activity

We collect prompts, game ideas, uploaded images, videos, audio, files, generated games, titles, tags, thumbnails, direct messages, comments, replies, reactions, saves, shares, reports, and other content or actions you create in Mable. If you publish content publicly, other users may be able to see it together with your public profile information. Direct messages are visible to their participants and are not published publicly.

Generation and moderation data

To generate and improve games, we process prompts, selected media, generation results, error states, and safety or moderation signals. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts, uploads, comments, or generated content.

Usage, device, and diagnostics information

We may collect app and website usage events, feed impressions, dwell time, play starts, skips, likes, saves, shares, reports, app version, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, crash data, logs, request identifiers, and similar diagnostics.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we collect device push tokens, platform information, notification preferences, and delivery or engagement information needed to send and manage notifications.

Website analytics

On mable.gg, we may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand page views, outbound clicks, approximate location, browser/device information, and similar website events. You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings.

Mobile analytics, diagnostics, and attribution

In the Mable app, we use Firebase Analytics to understand product interactions and Datadog to monitor errors, crashes, performance, and service reliability. We also use Meta attribution and advertising measurement on Android and, on iOS, after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Meta may process account or user identifiers, device identifiers, and product interaction events to measure and optimize campaigns that promote Mable. On iOS, you can decline the prompt or change the permission later in Settings.

In-app advertising

Mable may display third-party interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob when advertising is enabled. Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalized where permitted and subject to applicable consent and device settings. We use Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain and manage advertising privacy choices where required. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure Mable;
  • create, generate, publish, personalize, and display playables and feeds;
  • authenticate accounts, maintain profiles, and support account deletion;
  • send service, safety, product, and push notifications when permitted;
  • moderate content, detect abuse, enforce our rules, and protect users;
  • debug, analyze, measure, and improve the app, website, APIs, and generation systems;
  • deliver and measure advertising when enabled, and measure and optimize campaigns that promote Mable;
  • respond to support, privacy, security, or legal requests;
  • comply with law and protect the rights, property, and safety of Mable, users, and others.

AI-generated content

Mable uses AI and other generation infrastructure to turn ideas and media into playables. Your prompts, selected uploaded media, and generation context may be processed by our systems and service providers that help us operate generation, hosting, storage, safety, and moderation. Generated content may be unpredictable, and published content may be visible to other users.

When you create or edit a game in Mable Studio (on the web or in the Mable Studio app), the text you send and any images you attach are shared with third-party AI providers, including Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini and xAI, so they can generate your game and its assets. We share this content only to provide generation and do not sell it.

How we share information

We may share information in the following ways:

  • With other users and the public: public profiles, published playables, comments, reactions, counts, and related public activity may be visible in Mable or on shared pages.
  • With service providers: vendors that help us provide hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, attribution and advertising measurement, AI generation, content safety, notifications, debugging, and infrastructure services may process information for us.
  • With advertising and measurement partners: Google AdMob and Meta may receive the identifiers, interaction events, and technical information described above for advertising delivery, campaign measurement and optimization, analytics, and fraud prevention, as applicable to the service and your privacy choices.
  • For safety and legal reasons: we may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce policies, investigate abuse, protect safety, or defend legal rights.
  • Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising-related data transfers may be considered a sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws. You can manage available advertising privacy choices as described below or contact us to exercise your rights.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Mable, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or deactivate private account data where reasonably possible, anonymize your profile, and may retain published playables or related public content in anonymized form so shared and public experiences remain available. Backup, log, moderation, security, and legal records may persist for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can update some profile and content information in the app, disable push notifications through your device settings, decline or change tracking permission in iOS Settings, and request account deletion in the app where available or by emailing contact@mable.gg.

When Google requires a privacy options entry point, you can open Settings > Ad privacy choices in the Mable app to review or change your choices in Google's privacy form. You can also manage app tracking permission in iOS Settings or reset or delete your advertising ID using Android's advertising privacy controls. Available controls and ads depend on your location, device settings, and applicable consent requirements.

We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

Mable is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Tomo Labs, Inc. is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection rules different from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
