Terms of Service

Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Mable, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mable.

Accounts

You may need an account to use parts of Mable. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade enforcement.

User content

You may create, upload, publish, share, comment on, react to, or report content in Mable, including prompts, images, media, generated playables, titles, tags, comments, and profile information. You keep any rights you have in your content.

You grant Tomo Labs, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide Mable. If you publish content publicly, it may be visible to other users and may be shared outside Mable.

AI-generated playables

Mable uses AI and generation systems to create playables from ideas and media. Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it.

Do not submit prompts, images, or media that you do not have the right to use, or that contain sensitive personal information unless you understand the risks and have the necessary permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use Mable to:

• violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform rules;
• harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or harm other people;
• create, upload, or share illegal, hateful, sexual, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with Mable or related systems;
• use Mable to generate malware, phishing, spam, or other abusive automation;
• evade moderation, account restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, refuse, remove, hide, label, restrict, or preserve content and account activity when we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm Mable, users, or others. We may suspend or terminate accounts, limit access to features, or report activity where appropriate.

Mable rights

Mable, including our software, designs, logos, systems, models, prompts, infrastructure, and brand elements, is owned by Tomo Labs, Inc. or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in Mable.

App stores and third-party services

If you download Mable through the Apple App Store or another app store, that store's terms may also apply. Apple provides a standard end-user license agreement for App Store apps unless a custom EULA is provided. Mable may also rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, storage, safety, and AI generation.

Paid features

If Mable offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases, the terms shown at purchase will apply. App store billing, refund, cancellation, and renewal rules may also apply.

Disclaimers

Mable is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomo Labs, Inc. and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of Mable after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
