More about this game
In Monkey Rock Thrower, your goal is to survive as long as possible by deflecting rocks thrown by a monkey. The monkey constantly moves around the top half of the screen, throwing rocks toward the bottom. You must tap near the rocks to push them away. As your survival time increases, the difficulty scales up: rocks spawn faster and move quicker. A run ends immediately if a single rock reaches the bottom edge of the screen, recording your total survival time in seconds.
Tips
- Tap as close to the rock as possible. The deflection force is calculated at 500 but decreases based on how far your tap is from the rock.
- Anticipate the monkey's throws. The spawn delay starts at 1.5 seconds but decreases over 60 seconds until a new rock spawns every 0.4 seconds.
- Be prepared for faster rocks as the game progresses. Their base speed of 300 increases by 5 for every single second you manage to survive.
FAQ
- How do I deflect the rocks?
- Tap or click near a falling rock. This creates an expanding wave with a 60-pixel radius that pushes the rock away. The closer you tap to the center of the rock, the stronger the push.
- How does the game end?
- The game ends the exact moment any rock passes the bottom edge of the screen. You must deflect every single rock off the sides or top of the screen to keep your run going.
- Does the game get harder over time?
- Yes, as your survival time goes up, the monkey throws rocks more frequently and the rocks travel at a faster speed. The maximum spawn rate caps at one rock every 0.4 seconds.
