More about this game
In Biome Warden: Purge the Blight, your goal is to cleanse three corrupted regions: the Forest, Frost, and Volcano. You must stand within an altar's radius to fill its progress bar while enemies swarm you. As time passes and enemies spawn, the global corruption meter rises; if it hits 100%, or your core health drops to zero, the run ends. Defeated enemies drop orbs that permanently upgrade your damage, speed, or fire rate for the run.
Tips
- Standing in an altar zone increases the corruption meter faster, so be prepared for heavier enemy waves while purifying.
- If you are overwhelmed, step out of the altar zone to slow down the enemy spawns and recover.
- Prioritize picking up power orbs quickly; they disappear after 18 seconds and provide crucial upgrades like healing or extra damage.
FAQ
- How do I heal my core?
- You can heal your core by collecting power orbs dropped by defeated enemies. Some orbs will randomly restore 24 health points to your core.
- What happens when I cleanse an altar?
- When an altar reaches full progress, the biome is purified, the global corruption meter drops by 18%, and your progress is saved for future runs.
- Why did my run end suddenly?
- Your run will end if your core health reaches zero from enemy attacks, or if the global shrine corruption meter reaches 100%.
