More about this game
Take control of the blue team in a full-court 5v5 basketball match against the red team. You control one player at a time, moving them to set up plays, pass to teammates, or shoot for two or three points. On defense, switch your active player to stay close to the ball carrier and attempt a steal. The difficulty comes from managing your distance to the basket and avoiding defenders who lower your accuracy. The game ends after four quarters, and the team with the highest score wins.
Tips
- Shoot from a distance strictly greater than 6.75 units to score three points instead of two, maximizing your team's offensive output.
- Keep defenders at least 1.8 units away when shooting, as close opponents reduce your calculated chance of scoring by 0.2.
- When defending, press the pass button to quickly switch control to the player closest to the ball carrier, then move in to tackle.
FAQ
- How do I score three points?
- You must shoot the ball from a distance greater than 6.75 units away from the target basket. Shots taken from 6.75 units or closer are worth two points.
- Why do I keep missing my shots?
- Your shooting success is a calculated chance that decreases as your distance to the basket increases. It drops by an additional 0.2 if any opponent is closer than 1.8 units to the shooter.
- How does the game end?
- The match concludes after playing four complete quarters. The duration of each quarter can be set to 30, 120, or 300 seconds before starting the game.
