More about this game
In Destroy a Rhythm, your goal is to shatter crystals as they cross the glowing line. The game features three lanes where you must react to a mix of tap, double tap, hold, and drag notes. The chart density and note types challenge your timing as the track progresses. You start with three lives, and missing a note or failing a hold costs a life. The run ends when you lose all your lives.
Tips
- Keep an eye on the type badge at the bottom of the screen to anticipate whether the next incoming note is a tap, double, hold, or drag.
- For double notes, make sure your second tap happens within 0.38 seconds of the first tap. If you are too slow, you will lose a life.
- During drag notes, you must follow the crystal ribbon closely across the lanes. Drifting too far from the target lane will break the hold and cost you a life.
FAQ
- How many lives do I have?
- You start with 3 lives. Missing a crystal, failing a double tap, or releasing a hold early costs one life. The game ends when all lives are lost.
- What happens if I release a hold early?
- If you release a hold or drag note before it completes its full duration, you will lose a life and break your combo. Keep holding until the ribbon ends.
- How is the score calculated?
- You earn points based on your timing accuracy, such as Perfect, Great, or Good. Your current combo multiplier also increases your score, growing larger every 12 consecutive successful notes.
