More about this game
Face off against three sweet tyrants in this candy-dodging showdown. Your tiny hero automatically fires small shots, but the real damage comes from timing your golden counter shield to reflect incoming candy volleys back at the boss. As you defeat the Gumdrop King, Taffy Tyrant, and Sugar Emperor, the volleys get faster and shoot up to nine projectiles at once. You start with five hearts, gaining one back after each boss, and a run ends when you lose them all.
Tips
- Save your gold counter for the thickest part of the volley. The shield covers a wide radius of 100 pixels, reflecting multiple candies at once for massive damage.
- The Taffy Tyrant aims directly at your position instead of firing straight down. Keep moving sideways when facing the second boss to avoid the center of its seven-projectile spread.
- You get 1.2 seconds of invincibility after taking a hit. Use this brief flashing window to reposition yourself safely before the next volley arrives.
FAQ
- How do I deal more damage?
- While your auto-fire chips away at the boss's health, reflecting their candy volleys with your gold counter deals much more damage. Try to catch multiple candies in one shield activation.
- How does the difficulty increase?
- The Gumdrop King fires five candies per volley. The Taffy Tyrant fires seven and aims at you, while the Sugar Emperor fires nine with a wider spread and faster volley intervals.
- Can I regain lost health?
- Yes, you regain one heart when you defeat a boss and move on to the next stage, up to a maximum of five hearts. You also get two seconds of invincibility between rounds.
