Crownward is a lane defense game where you protect your city's gates from incoming raiders. Enemies march down three lanes, and you must aim your archers to shoot them down before they reach the wall. Defeating enemies earns gold, which you can spend on permanent upgrades like stronger walls, better archers, or a heavier volley. The waves get harder as enemies gain health and speed, but even if your wall falls, you keep your upgrades for the next run.
Tips
- Focus your archers on the lane with the lowest enemies, as they deal 23 damage to your wall if they reach it.
- Save your arrow volley for when multiple enemies are on screen, as it damages all active raiders.
- If you lose, you earn a bonus of at least 40 gold to help you buy a permanent upgrade before trying again.

- Your wall's health resets to its maximum at the start of every wave. You can increase its maximum health by buying the Stronger walls upgrade.

- When your wall's health reaches zero, the run ends. However, you keep all your purchased upgrades and earn a gold bonus to help you rebuild stronger.
- How does the volley work?
- The arrow volley damages every enemy currently on the screen. It has a cooldown, so you must wait before you can use it again.
