- Pay close attention to the patience meter. If it drops below 35, the customer gets angry, which doubles the reputation penalty if you refuse to give them a discount.
- In the screen repair mini-game, tapping the numbered points out of order causes a crack and instantly drains 8 points from the customer's patience meter.
- Upgrading to the market shop costs 600 dirhams and increases your daily rent to 90, but it multiplies your base repair prices by 1.6.

- Select the screwdriver tool to start the screen repair. You must tap the numbered points in the exact sequence from 1 onwards. Tapping the wrong area adds a crack and penalizes you.
