More about this game
In Jack's Hazy World, you guide a narrow circle of vision through a dark room to find comforting connections. The screen is obscured by a migraine effect that pulses and adds visual noise. You must locate people and objects by following warm glows. Finding connections fills your progress, and using the breathe button temporarily reduces the visual noise. The run ends when you find enough connections and choose a final comforting object.
Tips
- Use the Breathe button when the visual noise becomes too intense; it lasts for 4 seconds and has a 9-second cooldown.
- Look for faint warm glows outside your vision circle to guide you toward the next connection.
- If you tap and miss, the game will tell you to follow the warmer edge, so move slowly and deliberately.
FAQ
- How do I reduce the visual noise?
- Tap the Breathe button at the bottom of the screen. This reduces the migraine intensity for 4 seconds, giving you a clearer view, but it requires a 9-second cooldown before you can use it again.
- How do I win?
- You need to find two connections (people like Lucy or Tim) first. Once you have two connections, you can interact with a comfort object like cookies, a pillow, or Sunny to complete the game.
- Can I turn off the pulsing effect?
- Yes, before you start, you can check the 'Reduce pulsing and visual noise' box on the start screen to minimize the visual effects.
