Your goal is to eliminate the enemy team by reducing their health to zero before your squad falls. The core loop involves spending energy to play ability cards that deal damage, apply statuses, or heal allies. Difficulty increases as you face stronger elemental combinations and higher enemy health pools. A run ends in victory when all four enemy creatures are incapacitated, or in defeat if your entire team is knocked out.
Tips
- Exploit elemental weaknesses to deal 1.35 times normal damage, but avoid attacking resistant enemies which reduces your damage to 0.72 times.
- Apply the Ward status to your creatures to reduce incoming attack damage to exactly 55 percent for that hit.
- When only one creature remains, Last Stand activates, allowing that creature to use its cards up to three times per round.
FAQ
- How does the Burn status work?
- The Burn status inflicts exactly 8 damage to the afflicted creature at the end of each turn. This damage occurs automatically during the tick phase and can incapacitate a creature if their health reaches zero.
- What happens to unused energy?
- Any energy you do not spend during your turn is banked for the next round. You can save energy to unleash multiple attacks when you have a tactical advantage.
- How do I earn three stars in a battle?
- To earn three stars, you must win the battle with all four of your creatures surviving and complete the match within the specific round limit.
