More about this game
In Marco's Coin Cube Journey, your goal is to bank 2,500 coins to pay Bowmiss's ransom and save Princess Pineapple. Your core loop involves jumping to bump the golden block, catching the launched coins before they disappear, and spending them in the shop. You can upgrade your jump power, coin value, and coin lifetime, or unlock helpers like Luis and Spring Shoes to automate your farming. The game ends when you enter the castle, but a secret post-game awaits.
Tips
- Upgrade the Mushroom to increase your jump power by 17% per level, making it easier to hit the block repeatedly and spawn coins faster.
- Catch star coins to activate a 5-second Star Boost, which multiplies all coin values by 3 and helps you reach the 2,500 coin ransom quickly.
- Unlock Luis for 300 coins; he runs along the ground at 390 speed to automatically collect landed coins for you, acting as an idle helper.
FAQ
- How do I get more coins per bump?
- Upgrade 'Better Coins' in the shop to increase the base value of each coin by 1 per level. You can also catch star coins to temporarily triple your income.
- What happens after I save the princess?
- You unlock the post-game where you can purchase the Skull Block for 2,000 coins. This lets you farm Black Coins to build a Golemba army and conquer the world.
- How does the auto-jump work?
- Once you buy Spring Shoes for 600 coins, you can toggle Auto Jump on. Marco will then jump continuously whenever he touches the ground, automating the block bumping.
