Your goal is to catch a thief moving stolen artifacts across global capitals. In each city, you spend days to investigate crime scenes and ask witnesses for clues. These clues reveal the suspect's hair, vehicle, and hobby, alongside their next destination. Traveling to the wrong city or issuing a bad warrant costs extra days. As you clear cases, you unlock harder difficulties with shorter day limits. A run ends when you successfully issue a matching warrant in the final city, or if the day limit expires.
Tips
- Investigating and asking witnesses each cost 1 day, so only use them if you need more clues to find the next city or suspect trait.
- Traveling to the wrong city penalizes you by 2 days, so read the clues carefully to match the landmarks to the correct destination.
- Issuing a bad warrant costs 2 days. Make sure you have all three traits typed correctly before clicking the warrant button in the final city.

- The clues from investigating and asking witnesses will mention landmarks, currencies, or cultural details of the next city. Match these hints to the available travel leads.
- What happens if I run out of days?
- If your day counter exceeds the limit for your current case difficulty, the trail goes cold and you lose the case. You will need to restart.
- How do I unlock harder cases?
- You start as a Detective Trainee on Easy difficulty. Clearing two Easy cases unlocks Medium, and clearing two Medium cases unlocks Hard, which have stricter day limits.
