In Hungry Muncher, your goal is to catch as much good food as possible within a sixty-second time limit. Food drops from the top of the screen every 0.8 seconds. About twenty percent of the drops are rotten. You must avoid these rotten items, because catching one costs you one of your three lives and resets your combo multiplier. The falling speed increases by twenty percent at the halfway mark. A run ends when the timer reaches zero or you lose all three lives.
Tips
- Focus on catching good food to build your combo. Every five consecutive catches increases your score per item by ten additional points.
- Watch out for the speed increase. After thirty seconds of play, the falling speed of all food items increases by twenty percent.
- If you let a piece of good food fall past the bottom of the screen, your combo resets to zero. Catch everything!
