More about this game
Step into the shoes of Matthew, a night shift dispatcher for the Roseville Police Department. Your goal is to resolve six bizarre emergency calls by uncovering the mundane truth behind them. You must cross-reference caller statements with a police archive terminal and inspect scene photos to find concrete clues. Making incorrect conclusions increases your stress meter by one point. If you accumulate three mistakes, Matthew resigns on the spot, ending your run immediately.
Tips
- Always tap the evidence photo to reveal an enhanced observation, which often points directly to the truth, like identifying a plastic seam on a fish.
- Use the suggested keywords at the bottom of the database screen if you are unsure what to search, as they guarantee a match.
- Pay close attention to the caller's exact words, because terms like "Sunny Two" or "Ford Fiesta" match specific database entries.
FAQ
- How many mistakes can I make?
- By default, you can make up to three wrong guesses before your stress meter fills up. Once it reaches the limit, Matthew resigns and the shift ends.
- How many cases are in a single shift?
- A standard shift consists of six unique cases to solve, ranging from a haunted guitar amplifier to an unboilable egg on a cold hob.
- What happens if I guess the wrong truth?
- An incorrect guess adds a one-point penalty to your stress meter and disables that specific option, forcing you to choose again from the remaining possibilities.
