- Tap any of the empty plots marked with a plus sign to build your structure.
- Tap an existing building twice to upgrade it and increase its cycle income.

- Save 250 coins and tap Expand to unlock four additional seaside plots for your city.

- Houses cost 60 coins and add 8 residents, but they only generate 2 coins per cycle compared to a factory's 7 coins.
- Factories cost 160 coins but provide the highest income per cycle, making them great long-term investments for your growing town.
- Upgrading a building costs the base upgrade price multiplied by its current level, and every structure maxes out at level 3.
