More about this game
Your goal is to survive a 210-second shift while keeping your hospital ward stable. You must monitor four patients, each with their own stability, oxygen, and pain levels. As time passes, their conditions deteriorate, and the decay rate increases after the first half of the shift. You must perform actions like diagnosing, monitoring, administering meds, starting IVs, or performing CPR. Some actions trigger timing-based mini-games. If a patient's stability reaches zero, or your reputation drops to zero, the shift ends in failure. Completing shifts earns credits to upgrade your equipment.
Tips
- Prioritize patients with the lowest stability or active emergencies, as an emergency drops stability by 22 points per second if the timer runs out.
- Diagnosing a patient early helps you understand their specific needs and adds 8 points to their stability immediately.
- Save your credits to upgrade equipment for 5 credits, which slows down patient deterioration and boosts the effectiveness of monitoring.
FAQ
- How do I perform CPR?
- When a patient is in an emergency, select CPR from the tray. Tap the compress button in time with the rhythm to score 7 points within 8.5 seconds.
- What happens if I miss a mini-game?
- Failing a mini-game decreases the patient's stability by 10, increases their pain by 5, and drops your reputation by 4.
- How do patients recover?
- A patient recovers if their stability reaches 96, they are diagnosed, their pain is below 34, and their oxygen is above 93.
