More about this game
Weather Sandbox World is an interactive simulation where you control the climate. Your goal is to experiment with different combinations of weather, temperature, and wind to see how the environment reacts. Toggle sun, rain, snow, storms, fog, and hail. Adjust the temperature using eight steps from -10°C to 40°C and change the wind speed up to 100%. The environment responds dynamically: puddles form in the rain, ice builds up in the cold, and rainbows appear. There is no end state; you simply play with the elements.
Tips
- Combine the sun and rain icons at the same time to see a rainbow form in the sky and a special banner appear at the top.
- Set the temperature to 0°C or -5°C while it snows to build up a layer of ice, then raise it above 5°C to melt it.
- Turn on the storm, rain, or hail to create puddles on the ground, then activate the sun to slowly dry them up over time.
FAQ
- How do I make a rainbow?
- To make a rainbow, you need to activate both the sun and the rain at the same time. A banner reading Rainbow Forming will appear at the top of the screen.
- How do I trigger lightning?
- First, activate the storm weather option from the bottom panel. Then, tap or click anywhere on the sky to strike lightning and hear a loud thunder sound effect.
- What does the temperature do?
- The temperature affects the environment and sky color. Temperatures of 0°C or below allow ice to form during snow, while temperatures above 5°C melt it. High temperatures add a warm tint.
