More about this game
Your goal is to survive a dark corridor and reach door 200. The core loop requires holding the run button to close the distance to the next door, then hitting open as soon as you are close enough. The game saves your progress at every single door. During specific chase sequences, the lights turn red and a pressure meter steadily drains. If the meter hits zero before you escape, the taco catches you, forcing you to restart that specific chase.
Tips
- Progress saves automatically at every door you open. If you need a break from the tension, you can safely close the game and continue from your highest door later.
- During a chase sequence, the pressure meter drains constantly. Opening a door restores a small amount of pressure, so never hesitate when the button lights up.
- Pay attention to the taco's size during chases. As your pressure meter drops closer to zero, the taco grows larger on the screen, warning you that time is almost up.
FAQ
- What happens if I get caught?
- If the pressure meter hits zero during a chase, you are caught. You will be sent back to the start of that specific chase sequence, which happens at door 26, 130, or 178.
- When do the chases happen?
- Chases occur at specific door ranges: 26 to 28, 130 to 134, and 178 to 181. The hallway lights will turn red and the chapter text will warn you to keep running.
- Why does the voice sound different later?
- As you progress through the 200 doors, the game gets darker. Every ten doors you open, the taco's greeting voice becomes slightly deeper and slower to match the changing atmosphere.
