More about this game
Queens Logic Puzzle challenges you to place exactly one queen in every row, column, and colored region on the board. Queens cannot share a row, column, region, or touch diagonally. You can cycle through empty, X, and queen marks to help deduce the correct placements. The difficulty increases by choosing larger board sizes, starting at a 6x6 Easy grid and going up to a 10x10 Hard grid. A run ends when you successfully place all queens without any conflicts, earning you a shower of confetti and a recorded completion time.
Tips
- Use the Quick X button to easily toggle X marks without cycling through queens, saving you time when ruling out large sections of the board.
- Watch out for red conflict highlights, which pulse when queens violate the rules by sharing a row, column, region, or touching diagonally.
- If you get stuck and have too many conflicts, use the Reset button to clear your marks and start the timer over from zero.
FAQ
- How many queens do I need to place?
- You need to place one queen for every row, column, and color region. The total number matches the board size, meaning 6 queens for Easy, 8 for Medium, and 10 for Hard.
- What does the Quick X button do?
- The Quick X button changes your tap behavior so it only toggles between an empty cell and an X mark. This makes it much faster to rule out invalid cells without accidentally placing queens.
- How does the game track my progress?
- The game tracks your total number of solved puzzles, your daily streak, and your best completion time for each of the three difficulty levels. You can see these stats on the main menu.
