You must hand them the correct gift before their 16-second patience bar empties. Giving the right item boosts happiness by 12 percent, but handing over the wrong item costs 4 percent, and letting a fan leave drops it by 8 percent. The run ends when the clock hits zero.
Tips
- Keep an eye on the patience bars under each fan's name. The bar turns red when a fan's patience drops below 30 percent.
- Prioritize fans who have been waiting the longest. Letting a fan leave costs you 8 percent happiness, which is a heavy penalty.
- Avoid guessing if you are unsure. Handing a fan the wrong item deducts 4 percent from your happiness meter and wastes valuable time.
