More about this game
Cautio: Identity & Safety Deck is a calm, private sanctuary for daily reflection. You begin by noting how settled you feel on a five-point scale from Activated to Open. Then, you draw a three-card spread focusing on safety anchors, attraction context, and boundary needs. The goal is to explore your feelings without pressure. You reveal each card at your own pace, reading its specific insight and reflection question. A run ends when you save a note and up to six tags to your private journal.
Tips
- Move at your own pace; there is no timer, and you can reveal the three cards whenever you are ready to read their insights and questions.
- If a spread does not resonate with you today, you can tap the restart button to draw new cards before writing your reflection note.
- Check your card binder to read the insights of all six cards once you have unlocked them by drawing them in your daily three-card spread.
