More about this game
Your goal is to destroy the enemy's center king tower while defending your own structures. You spend regenerating elixir to deploy troops like knights, archers, and dragons onto the battlefield. The enemy continuously counters your pushes with its own units, increasing the tactical challenge. The match ends when a center tower falls, or when the 180-second timer runs out. If towers are tied at the end of regulation, a 60-second sudden death overtime begins.
Tips
- The Dragon costs 6 elixir and deals splash fire damage in a radius, making it perfect for clearing out groups of weaker ground units.
- The Lightning Cart's attack chains to up to 4 targets, losing some damage each hop, so use it against clustered enemies to maximize its value.
- The Engineer takes 1.5 seconds to build its turret, which then lasts for 16 seconds. Deploy a high-health Giant in front of it to absorb attacks.
FAQ
- Where can I deploy my troops?
- You can normally deploy units anywhere on your side of the river. If you destroy one of the enemy's side towers, your deployment zone expands forward.
- How does overtime work?
- If the match is tied after the 180-second timer runs out, a 60-second overtime begins. Elixir regenerates twice as fast, and the first player to destroy any tower wins.
- How do I counter flying units?
- Ground-only melee units like Barbarians and Knights cannot hit flying targets like the Dragon. You must use the Archer, Dragon, Lightning Cart, or Engineer to attack them.
