More about this game
Jeux de société brings together classic games like Chess, Checkers, Connect Four, Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Reversi, Shogi, Scrabble, Rock-Paper-Scissors, and Texas Hold'em Poker. You play against the computer in turn-based matches. Each game follows its traditional rules, from moving pieces on a grid to rolling dice or betting chips. A run ends when a player wins the match, reaches the goal, or runs out of chips in Poker.
Tips
- In Reversi, try to secure the corners, as they can never be flipped back.
- In Scrabble, use the L2, L3, M2, and M3 bonus squares to maximize your points.
- In Poker, you can adjust your raise amount between the minimum and your total stack.
FAQ
- How do I win at Snakes and Ladders?
- You must reach exactly square 100 before the computer opponents. If your roll takes you past 100, you will bounce back.
- What happens in a Shogi repetition?
- If the exact same position occurs four times, the game is a draw, unless one player is forcing a perpetual check, in which case they lose.
- Can I play against real people?
- No, all games in this collection are played against computer opponents.
