Your goal is to keep the business running smoothly by resolving customer disputes, fixing equipment, and investigating suspicious activities. Use the security cameras to gather evidence before making decisions that affect your trust rating. Earn wages based on your performance to upgrade equipment, hire relief staff, or unlock the service annex for future shifts. If you leave incidents unattended, your trust drops.
