More about this game
Powder Reaction Lab is a falling sand physics sandbox where you experiment with elements, heat, and machines. The goal is to discover how different materials interact, from simple fires to complex chemical reactions. You can pause the simulation to set up elaborate scenarios, adjusting brush sizes and placing lab stations like heaters, coolers, and mixers. There is no end state; you simply reset the lab to start a new experiment.
Tips
- Water turns to steam when heated above 110 degrees, and freezes to ice below -13 degrees.
- Gunpowder ignites at 95 degrees, causing a massive chain reaction that sets nearby flammable materials on fire.
- Use the vacuum lab station to clear out gases, smoke, and fire from your experiments.
FAQ
- How do I make plants grow?
- Select the Plant element and place it near Water. Plants will slowly absorb the water and grow into empty spaces around them.
- What do the Lab Stations do?
- Lab Stations are machines you draw onto the grid. For example, the Bunsen burner adds heat, the Cryo Fan cools things down, and the Mixer stirs elements together.
- How do I erase elements?
- Select the 'Erase' tool from the Tools tab and paint over the elements or machines you want to remove.
