More about this game
In ¡Sobrevive!, your goal is to survive as long as possible while natural disasters strike the city. The core loop involves dodging hazards like earthquakes, volcanoes, and tsunamis while rescuing citizens and collecting medical kits for points and health. The difficulty increases as time passes, with hazards spawning more frequently and moving faster. A run ends when you lose all 3 of your hearts to the falling debris, lava puddles, or giant waves.
Tips
- During an earthquake, watch for the red warning shadows on the ground to avoid falling debris, which drops faster over time.
- When a volcano erupts, stay clear of the lava bombs and remember that the puddles they leave behind last for 3.5 seconds.
- A tsunami gives a 2.2-second warning before sweeping across the screen; immediately jump onto one of the two roofs at height 640.
FAQ
- How do I regain health?
- You start with 3 hearts. You can regain a lost heart by collecting medical kits that spawn randomly on the ground or roofs every 7 to 11 seconds.
- What happens when a tsunami hits?
- A giant wave will sweep across the screen from either the left or right side. You must jump onto one of the roofs to avoid taking damage and getting knocked back.
- How often do the disasters change?
- The game cycles through three phases: earthquake, volcano, and tsunami. The active disaster phase changes every 20 seconds, announced by a large banner on the screen.
