More about this game
Slice the Net is a relaxing physics toy where you interact with a hanging 12x10 grid of nodes. There is no win or lose state; instead, you experiment with the net's tension and gravity. You can slice through the links to watch the net fall apart, grab nodes to swing them around, or use the repair and join tools to build new connections. A counter tracks how many cuts you make as you play.
Tips
- The top row of nodes is pinned in place, so cutting links near the top will cause large sections to fall.
- When using the Join tool, the new link's length is based on the distance between the two nodes when you connect them.
- You can completely reset the 12x10 net to its original state at any time using the reset button.
FAQ
- Is there a goal in Slice the Net?
- No, it is a sandbox physics toy. You can cut, grab, and reconnect the net however you like while a counter tracks your total cuts.
- How do I connect two nodes?
- Select the Repair or Join tool, tap the first node, and then tap the second node. A new link will form between them.
- Can I change the music?
- Yes, tap the music note icon in the toolbar to cycle through 7 different looping tracks.
