More about this game
In Civilizatism, you act as the unseen architect of a ratman society. Using a block-based coding interface, you define the exact rules that govern their daily lives, from gathering resources to guarding against tigers and dinosaurs. The simulation runs automatically, testing your laws against starvation, crime, and wild beasts. If your rules fail and the population drops to zero, the colony perishes, forcing you to revise your code, reseed the ten founders, and try again.
Tips
- Ensure someone is always gathering. The colony consumes one food per person every day, and starving ratmen lose five health and eight happiness daily.
- Assign strong ratmen to guard duty to protect against tigers and dinosaurs. Guards also reduce the chance of citizens rebelling or stealing food.
- Use the craft block to make a shelter from three wood, two stone, and one fiber, then use the place block to build it.
FAQ
- How do my ratmen get new roles?
- You can invent custom roles in the lab menu. Then, use the earn role action block inside an if statement to assign it when a ratman reaches a specific stat threshold, like having over 65 strength.
- Why are my ratmen rebelling and fighting?
- Rebellion happens when happiness and health are low, or greed is high. You can lower the rebellion chance by assigning more guards, or by having ratmen share wealth to boost overall colony happiness.
- How does the colony grow its population?
- If you have fewer than 40 ratmen, plenty of extra food, and healthy adults over age 16, they might breed every third day. Using the breed action block increases the chances of a new ratman being born.
