More about this game
In this physics sandbox, your goal is to build structures and then destroy them using natural disasters. You start by placing blocks of wood, stone, brick, grass, doors, and glass on a grid. Once your creation is complete, you can trigger earthquakes, tornadoes, fires, or floods. Each material reacts differently to the elements—wood burns, glass shatters under pressure, and heavy stone sinks in water. There is no win or loss condition; the simulation continues until you clear the board to build again.
Tips
- Stone and brick blocks have higher density and durability, meaning they sink during floods and will not catch on fire, though they still get charred.
- Glass blocks are highly fragile and will take damage if they collide with moving brick or stone blocks at speeds greater than 2.
- Use the gun tool to rapidly spawn blocks in a continuous stream; moving your cursor quickly adds horizontal velocity to them.
FAQ
- How does fire work in the game?
- Fire starts at the ground level and slowly spreads to adjacent flammable blocks within a 1.5 grid radius. Stone and brick will not burn, but they will turn black and charred.
- What happens during a flood?
- A flood raises the water level, extinguishing any active fires. Light materials like wood will float on the surface, while heavy blocks like stone and brick will sink to the bottom.
- Can I change the physics settings?
- Yes, you can open the settings menu to toggle the physics engine on or off. The game also includes background parameters to adjust gravity, friction, and the strength of each disaster.
